alice is still eating every 2 hours; sometimes she will take a long nap (on me of course, thank you sling/wrap!) and last for 3 hours, but its rare. at night she eats pretty much from 7-9 straight, going back and forth on my breasts. last night she ate from 7-11 with little 10 minute cat naps, strangely i took it in stride. every time i tried to pull her off she lost it (she is fighting another cold though and i think just needed some extra cuddles and comfort nursing). anyway, all of this to say, GREAT article!!! it's nice knowing it's normal because sometimes it can feel like a lot. every time i feel a bit like i need some space i look at Liam and he's an effective reminder how fast it all goes... this stage will end in the blink of an eye!! chris & i are always saying "she'll never be as small again as she is today" and its so true!!!

you are a great mom kim. your kids are so lucky.
