I CRAVE red meat. yummy steaks. mmm. but if I gave in every time I wanted it I’d be eating a steak WAY too often!
Or just do what some people do, crave sugar and give yourself a drop of lemon juice on your tongue. A friend of mine swears it’s how she stopped eating so many sweets and lost some weight.

It’s true! I just find I crave sugar A LOT, which means I should probably cut down on it!
