You’re kidding, right?

It’s naptime and there is (literally) a jackhammer outside my house.

I’ve got the kid who is afraid of her father using an electric shaver and terrified of the vaccuum, even when it’s being used two floors away.

This day is going to be interesting.

    aw kim that is terrible!!

    we use a fan in liam’s room for white noise, the highest setting sounds like a plane is taking off but it cuts down on the rumble from the buses that stop directly outside his window. maybe try something like that?

    SO NOT FAIR.

    We live in a lovely suburban neighbourhood near the hospital. When we bought the place, we were pleased that it was within walking distance of so many relevant amenities and locations. We never considered the logistics of a baby sleeping less than 30 feet away from an ambulance route.

    SIGH.
